Vizrt reckons it's putting users firmly in the driving seat with its most potent control panel ever – adding a next-level flex to the TriCaster line.
Following in the footsteps of the first TriCaster Flex released in January, the TriCaster Flex Dual is also an NDI-native panel, meaning operators are no longer tethered to where their TriCaster physically sits. The brand-new control panel includes what the company says is an unparalleled number of user-definable ways of working and customizable workflows that evolve to meet the needs of any production.
At the heart of this dual stripe control panel is a large number of user-definable ways of working and customizable workflows that can adpat to pretty much everything from simple set-ups to elaborate multi-camera productions. It features 24 direct cross points and two 10-key dynamic menu systems, as well as many other innovative features including, for the first time on a Flex panel, a full-size joystick.
It’s the lack of tethering that really hits home, however. Working with the TriCaster hardware models like the TriCaster TC1, 1 Pro, and 2 Elite, and the TriCaster Vectar in the cloud – Flex Dual simply connects to the network and controls switchers from anywhere in the world. Which is potentially very useful to a lot of people.
Pricing starts at $15,495.
