SANDMARC has announced two new highly portable Prolight LED lights that achieve 96CRI at an incredibly attractive price.

The new Prolight LED light range consists of two models; a Bi-Colour option and an RGB edition with highly tuneable colour output.
The lights have been designed with mobile phone filmmakers in mind, but these lights will come in handy for anyone who needs a highly portable lighting system, or for adding background accents in a studio.
Aputure has had great success with its phone/credit card sized lights, so it is great to see a company like SANDMARC enter the market with some alternatives.

With a price of $99.99 for the Bi-Color edition and $129.99 for the RGB version, or $199.99 for the two as a bundle, they are extremely affordable, too. It would appear that performance hasn't been compromised for that price either.
The Prolight LED's apparently achieve a claimed 95+CRI, which makes them perfectly suited for professional use with good colour rendition.

The lights will be useful for anyone who might want to take better photos with their phones in low light environments, or for low budget studio based images. They will also be useful for product photography, or product lifestyle images. With their compact size anyone filming action with a GoPro or mirrorless camera, for instance on the side of a climbing wall at dusk or at night will also find them very handy.
