CVP kicks off massive February sale with up to 50% off major brands

UK and European reseller CVP has launched what it says is its biggest sale ever with immediate effect.

CVP’s February Super Sale is the company’s biggest sale ever and lasts all the way from now til the end of February, or when stocks run out, whichever comes first. The company says it has curated a selection of the finest filmmaking tools and accessories from its showroom and warehouse stock to appeal to almost every filmmaker and content creator. And beyond the sales blurb there, a quick look at the website backs that statement up.

There’s some truly high-profile kit listed here. Cameras include ARRI ALEXA Mini LF kits, RED V-RAPTOR XL 8K, SONY FS7, F55, Canon C200, and the Z CAM e2. Lenses meanwhile include glass from Angeniuex, Zeiss, Sigma, Laowa, Canon, Irix, Cooke Optics, ARRI, and many more. There’s also audio recording gear from Sennheiser, Rycote, Rode, pro lighting equipment, and an array of accessories.

There are somewhere in the region of 2000 items in the sale, so you will forgive us for not sifting through all of them. But some noted highlights include 40% off a Panasonic Lumix S5 body (down to £749), 31% off a SmallHD Indie 5 Monitor (down to £821), 13% off an ARRI ALEXA 35 LPL Mount Set, bringing it down to £59,500 from £68,407, and a whole lot more.

Discounts up to 50% are available, and the sale covers both new and used items. For example, there’s around £7k off an ex-showroom RED V-RAPTOR XL 8K VV and a further 30% off a set of seven used Cooke Panchros, down to £27,650.

All in all, it’s a great opportunity to invest in top-tier equipment without breaking the bank and take your projects up to the next level. And, as mentioned, the February Super Sale lasts until the end of February, reasonably enough, so you have two weeks to make the most of some of the most impressive discounts we've seen for a while.
