Recently announced at WWDC 2023, the Mac Studio Pro is one of the most powerful computers on the market. To get the most out of it you need to pair it with a great monitor, so let's look at the best monitors to pair this bad boy with.
Best monitor for an all Apple ecosystem : Apple Pro Display XDR
- Screen size: 32-inch
- Resolution: 6016 × 3384 pixels
- Refresh rate: 60 Hz
- Price: Standard glass £4599 | $4999 or Nano-texture glass £5499| $5999
The Apple Pro Display XDR is a 32in and 6K monitor that features 40% more screen space than Apple’s 5K displays. It has a peak brightness of 1600 nits (or 1000 sustained) and a picture quality that is maintained at ultrawide viewing angles, thanks to its polariser technology. This helps a creative team to gather around a single monitor and evaluate a photo, video, or other design project without a loss of consistency. The monitor offers a P3 wide colour gamut and 10-bit colour depth. Connection ports include 1 x Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) port, 3 x USB-C ports
There is a catch - it doesn’t come with a stand. If you haven't already got a compatible VESA mount, or you just lean the monitor against your Mac Pro, you’ll also need either the height-adjustable Pro Stand ($999) or a VESA Mount Adapter ($199).
