Tamron has announced a pair of lenses for the Nikon Z, a fast 35-150mm f/2-2.8 Di III VXD, and the Sony E, a 17-50mm f/4 Di III VXD. The former isn't entirely new, but it's now available for Nikon Z shooters, and the latter is a wide, full-frame lens for Sony users.
Tamron first unveiled the fast 35-150mm f/2-2.8 Di III VXD in 2021 for Sony E mount, full-frame mirrorless cameras, and now it's available for the popular Nikon Z. It’s incredible that you can go from wide to telephoto while maintaining the fast aperture (f/2-2.8). And you’re carrying less glass with the 35-150mm focal length option.
Features include:
The Tamron 35-150mm f/2-2.8 Di III VXD is a solidly built lens, but it’s hefty: It weighs 2.6 pounds (1165 grams) and is 6.2 inches long (158mm) with a 3.5-inch diameter (89.2mm).
For the Nikon Z, the price is $1,999 USD while the Sony version costs $1,899 USD. Not a bad price for such a fast lens.

It also features:
The Tamron 17-50mm f/4 Di III VXD for Sony E was only recently announced, so pricing hasn't been set yet. The company did say it will be available fall 2023, so it should be debuting soon. Check out this page for more info.
