With the release of HitFilm 2 Ultimate FXhome brought us a package capable of Editing, 2D and 3D compositing, integration of 3D models and text, Particle animation, Lights, Flares, Gun effects and explosions and much, much more all for a price of just $399. You can see what is included here.
Mac Envy
Mac users must have looked on with envy as one of the most common requests the team at FXhome received was "When will you do a Mac version?"
FXhome are a relatively small British company without the resources to throw a whole programming team at rewriting the code for Mac so they came up with the idea of a Kickstarter project.
Originally launched on May the 8th with a target of £25,000 the project smashed it's goal and ended at £58,126 on June the 7th, now just five months later FXhome have released the Mac version of HitFilm 2 Ultimate.
